INTRODUCTION

PTIPTO was founded by Glory Gate Chapel in 2015.

Ghanaian Christians everywhere pray fervently for good Governance during periods leading to General Elections in Ghana.
They pray for peaceful conduct of Elections, smooth transition or continuation of Government, a very honourably cause indeed.
This intercessory momentum fades away noticeably after the polls and gets rekindle only around a subsequent General Elections.
PTIPTO seeks to break this unfortunate trend. It attempts to do this by linking our pre-election dynamism in prayer with a post-election attitude of praying for the Nation and for Good Governance, in accordance with scriptures that commands Christians to pray for their Nation, through;

a) Creation of a non-partisan, non-denominational praying platform that welcomes the involvement of all Leaders and the led, to pray for dynamic, vibrant and successful Governance of our beloved Nation Ghana.

b) Mobilization of a praying force to engage in Quarterly Prayer Sessions for the Government of the day, those in Authority and Governmental issues.

c) Raising awareness that it is spiritually unhealthy for Christians to abandon their leaders by ceasing to continually support them in “focused prayer”.

PTIPTO believes the Government of every Nation needs God’s help and Christians are called to specially intercede for the Government of their Nations.
